A Long Overdue Update
The truth is that everytime I think about brushing off the dust on this Substack, I get overwhelmed.
There’s just so much to do when it comes to indie publishing. I started off writing and self-publishing my own work, with the idea that this space—Page Thirteen Press—could one day be a haven for indie authors looking for affordable editing, cover design, and marketing materials.
I do feel as if I’m one step closer to completing that goal and with the help of my husband, Paul, I’m working on setting up P13 to take on clients for editing and design services.
Things are moving! Things are happening! There’s an Instagram and an Interest Form.
In the meantime, I’m hoping to start utilizing this space again; I want to post editing tips, design tips, pre-made covers and more. If you’re looking for excerpts and news about my own books, you can still follow along at Lucky So-and-So (there’s nothing there yet, but hopefully, there will be soon).
